Attn Cliff Morgan
Bayview Chateau Tongariro
Mount Ruapehu, New Zealand 21 September 2007

Dear Cliff,

I wish to tender my resignation from the position of Porter with my last day of work being Tuesday 2nd, October 2007.

The reason for my departure is that I intend to travel around New Zealand and understand my cycle in Mt Ruapehu is completed.

I’m really thankful for the opportunity I had working here at the Chateau and I leave very happy with this two month experience. I have to celebrate the treat I have received by everybody in Front Office. It was a great working environment, kind, respectful and joyful. It was wonderful working as a Porter, I learned a lot and had great fun.

If I should point something negative from my walk through the hotel it would be that the salaries were low for the quality of the service and standards expected by the employees, and that with a little organization, the accommodation provided could be much more appropriate.

Nevertheless, I will remember these two months as ones very important and cheerful from my trip to New Zealand.

I wish the best for the Chateau and all the staff and will keep the best memories of them.

Regards,
Juan Pablo Wyler
